The New Puppies!

That first
pup tried to make his way into the world bass-ackwards. I was
hard-pressed to grab hold of something substantially "pullable". He was the biggest puppy ever born here,
1-1/4 pounds (but smaller than Hadjali, who weighed 1-1/2 pounds -
Jasmine's baby born at Mary's house, in the closet, yet!).

The rest of Eloise's pups silently presented themselves. The
last, and
littlest pup, tried to escape birth by scrambling to return to the
womb. His knees got in his way, or he would have made it, he was
moving so fast! A real sprinter!

- ("Rufous"); 1st red/mahogany/sable boy:
He is going to be my "keeper" pup.
- Arel's Red Wind Rising
- ("Rudy"); 2nd red/b/f boy:
He is going to look like Eloise, I do believe. Dark fringes on the ears,
not much white on the legs, but white piggie-toes. A show prospect,
he is fine-boned, elegant.
- Arel's Ruby Red Moon
- ("Ruby"); Red and white girl:
- Lovely! I don't know how else to describe her.

- ("Zar") (my favorite boy of the creams)

- ("Racer") (for his racing stripe!)

- ("Luke") (after his granddaddy)
