Holiday Menorah
This is a Menorah for the Hanukkah celebrations. Note the extra candle
for the 8 days of Hanukkah. I used the blue and white colors with the splash
of gold ripple glass, and a flesh-color glue-chip to set the candelabra apart
from the surround glass. The beveled glass and brass adds a "finishing
touch" to this 12" round. Note the striking difference between natural back
light and front lighting. |

Moses on the Mount
This round panel with 1-1/2" beveled glass measures 12" diameter. The
lightning strikes were done using a clear electric blue glass. Carnival
glass was another choice for some of the surround glass at Moses' feet. I
wanted this to be as dramatic as possible, and I even engraved my own version
of Hebrew into the reverse glass to create writing on the Tablets. One of my
friends said of this piece that it is very "Chagall-y". It is one of my
favorite pieces.
